Food Bank - we manage a food pantry at the church in Burlington.  The church members are graciuos enough to keep our cabinets well stocked with non-perishable foods.  The food pantry is available to members of our community that are in need of assistance.  We also provide food baskets for families during the holidays.

Equal Exchange has created Big Change since 1986. Our founders envisioned a food system that empowers farmers and consumers, supports small farmer co-ops, and uses sustainable farming methods. They started with fairly traded coffee from Nicaragua and didn't look back. Today, we continue to find new and powerful ways to build a better food system. We partner with co-operatives of farmers who provide high-quality organic coffees, teas, chocolates and snacks from farmers all over the world, including here in the United States.

We invite you to join us. Together we can create stronger local communities, a more just food system and a healthier planet.  The Presbyterina Church of Burlington has Equal Exchange products including coffee, tea and chocolates available in our Narthex.

Support is given the Home for Aged Women in Burlington City, a century-old organization that provides a safe living environment for elderly women who have no means of support.  Food, hair cuts, goodie bags and visits are part of our ministry with the 18 residents.

In 1959, Johnsonburg Presbyterian Center was established to provide experiential Christian education in support of the Presbyterian Church in New Jersey. Johnsonburg today is a place where city kids meet country kids, where black and white discover common ground, where the rich and poor of means and spirit are valued equally, and where each is encouraged to take another vital step toward realizing oneness in Christ.  Bibles are provided for all children who need them.  We provide financial gifts for scholarships for kids in need as well as lots of prayers and support.

Caring Hearts Ministry - a ministry for children with HIV/AIDS and their families is supported financially and with volunteers.  Thanksgiving and Christmas see us providing food for dinners and gifts for the holidays.  In addition, Camp Bright Feathers is given supplies such as socks, underwear, drinking cups and more so that the children can enjoy a fun week of camp.

Partnership With Perico, Cuba is a ministry started in March, 2003.  This is a sister congregation with whom we are prayer partners and share spiritual respurces.  Several trips have been made to visit this church in Cuba since starting this partnership.  A banner they made for us hangs in our sanctuary and our banner is in theirs.

Princeton Theological Seminary - scholarship aid is given every year by our congregation.  We also participate in the Field Education program hosting a student every year as they study to become pastors.
